Burke Baby Bump :: Augusta, GA Maternity Photographer

I had the greatest time on Saturday with the Burke maternity shoot. Miss Bonnie is a friend of mine and a fellow Ortho wife (our hubbies work together), and Matt was such a good sport. We headed out to the same location from the last maternity shoot - it's just so perfect! Our goal was to capture sweet moments and Bonnie's adorable baby bump. I hope y'all like your sneak peek!

Belly Bump: Maternity Session :: Augusta, GA Maternity Photographer

What does a photographer do when she's the one that needs maternity pictures? Well, she gets her photography buddies all together to do a mass photo shoot! I cannot say enough good things about our Saturday morning shoot, it was just perfect! We were threatened with rain before hand and a little during the shoot, but other then that the conditions were great.

Jessica, of Jessica V Photography, is glowing and the love that her family has for each other shows through completely. They are eagerly awaiting little Miss Blakely's arrival, but they're also relishing this time as a family.

There were four of us total shooting Jessica: David, Keaton, Rachael, and myself. It was wonderful seeing everyone else's perspectives and seeing their ideas come to life. I have a lot to learn still, and I couldn't ask for better peers to learn from.

Alright, time for the pics, there are a lot on here because I just couldn't choose, I love them all! Enjoy!

Georgia Aquarium

Today we decided to take advantage of Atlanta and enjoy our first outting here. We headed to the Georgia Aquarium, which we've been to before, but it was when Drew had just learned to walk (and when he was free)! Today the two of us headed there and it was so empty around the parking garage that I thought the place was closed. It was great being able to walk through there without bumping into people and waiting in line for everything.
The lighting in there is not very conducive to taking good photos, but I did have one favorite of the day. I hope you like it, too.

Watermark Success!

I don't know why every little thing has to be so difficult, but it always seems to be the case. So, when I wanted to create a watermark for my photos, naturally it was a painful three day process! However, I have succeeded thanks again to my friend, Marcela. If it wasn't for her I would never accomplish anything worthwhile on the computer as I am confused by the most basic instructions. Anyway, below is my first watermarked photo. I'm oh so proud :o)

Stir Crazy = Year in Review

Good Lord I'm going stir crazy since it's been too cold to go out to take pictures. Seriously, yesterday I saw a billboard that said it was 19 degrees! Ridiculous! I am dying to take more pics, so to satiate that need, I'm settling for a year in review of sorts. Actually, it's more like 5 months in review, but whatever.

Below are some of my favorite pictures from the past few months, so sit back and scroll through. I hope you enjoy them.
